Couldn’t be Happier As a workout enthusiast with a sedentary job, discomfort in the knees, lower back pain, and stiffness in the neck and shoulder muscles got worse and worse over time. When these issues become hard to stand, I knew it’s time to seek help from a physical therapist. Did some research online and was impressed by the long lists of 5-star reviews Lin got everywhere, I decided to give a try and I am SO glad I did. Right after the first visit, an incredibly relaxing session, I got exactly the therapeutic results I was looking for: the pains were relieved so much that I felt my entire body refreshed, and on the same day my trainer in the gym, who didn’t know I had a PT visit, immediately noticed the improvement with my pull-up form and muscle contractions. And these results last quite a while. To me, the best thing is that Lin truly customizes the treatment regimen per visit. Each time, depending on how I feel, she would come up with a specific combination of techniques (cupping, hot stone, Chinese Tui Na, etc.) to treat each problematic area effectively, which works great on me.
